Dragonfly

This quilt has been donated to SAQA, an art quilt association that I belong to. Along with over 200 other one foot square quilts, it will be auctioned off starting in September. This is a great way to buy a small work of art. See for yourself at

Rousseau-ish

I made this quilt for a challenge based on the work of artist Henri Rousseau. The challenge was cancelled but I finished the piece anyhow. I looked at several of Rousseau's paintings to make my own fabric "painting" in the style of Rousseau.

Journey of The Transportation Quilt

Grandson Jay decided that he would like the Transportation Quilt published by The Country Quilter for his new big boy bed. I love being able to make a quilt from my stash - just had to buy the blue background fabric and the outer border.

A work in progress.

Ahh - finished!

Cars and trucks and trains, oh my. Mom is riding in a sports car, Jay and brother Cole are in the school bus, grandparents are in the cabose and Dad gets to drive the dump truck.

A Jay-train to go with the Transpor-
tation Quilt

More of my best art

Grandson Leo, 17 months. He is adorable, happy, and loving as well as lovable. He loves watching "Peppa Pig" on his Daddy's computer - doesn't talk much but does a really good "oink"!
